General Fares Rule:

  1. Combination:
    • Super Deal Fares: Permitted with Super Deal Fares only.
    • Other fares Type: Permitted with other fares type except Super Deal.
  2. Change - Cancellation:
    • Change: Permitted to equal or higher fare only.
    • Refund used tickets: refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing minus refund fee.
    • Change condition for P class: ticket issued before 29 August 2016: change not permitted; ticket issued on/after 29 August 2016: before ticketed flight date: VND600,000; after ticketd flight date: change not permitted
    • Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any)
  3. Change fee:
    • Multiple change fee: Highest change fee of all change fare component applied.
    • Refund change fee is not permitted.
    • Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any)
  4. Upgrade:
    • Permited to higher available booking class (ecxept A, U, E, P booking class: not permitted to upgrade service class).
    • Permited to higher available booking class.
    • Pasenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any) Taxes, Fee and Charges.
